Accommodation approach

Choose well-located, comfortable hotels that reduce daily transfer time and make independent evening walks practical. In scenic or remote areas, character and access may matter more than international branding. Room category, breakfast, accessibility, family arrangements and any special views should be confirmed before booking.

Food and local experiences

Meals are an important part of the story. Build in opportunities for regional specialties, a market or neighborhood food walk, and at least one slower dinner. Dietary needs, allergies and preferred spice level should be shared in advance. Specific restaurants are intentionally not guaranteed until dates and local opening conditions are known.
